1. The Service

Topira provides an AI-powered platform that helps founders develop their startup across connected phases — including ideation, validation, market research, business modeling, branding, product definition, design, build, launch, and growth. Our mission is to make it possible for anyone to become a founder: you bring the idea, and we help you build the company. The deliverables are AI-generated and intended to assist your thinking, planning, and execution.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Topira, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Your Ideas and Content

• You own your ideas and content. Everything you submit and generate on Topira remains yours.
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited right to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
• We do not sell, share (except with the service providers needed to operate the Service), or use your ideas to train AI models.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

5. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer

Topira uses artificial intelligence to generate deliverables including market estimates, business models, financial figures, competitor information, and other outputs. These outputs are estimates and suggestions to support your decisions — not professional advice, and not guaranteed to be accurate. They may contain errors. You should independently verify any information — particularly financial, legal, market, and business figures — before relying on it or making decisions. Topira does not provide legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
• Submit content that infringes the rights of others or violates any law.
• Abuse or overload the Service, including automated or excessive use of generation features.

7. Plans and Billing

The Service may offer free and paid plans. Current plans and any fees will be shown within the Service. If and when paid plans are active, billing terms, renewals, and any refund policy will apply as described at the point of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its software, design, and the Topira brand — is owned by Topira and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding. (This does not affect your ownership of your own ideas and content under Section 4.)

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any business decisions made based on outputs from the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your projects and account.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
